SUBMISSIONS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA
This conference is designed to present the latest findings about regulatory and systems genomics, foster discussion about current research directions, and establish new collaborations that will advance the development of a systems-level understanding of gene regulation. Some possible topics include:
- Modeling and recognition of regulatory modules and motifs
- Epigenomics, chromatin state
- Non-coding Chromatin state establishment, maintenance, and role in development
- Regulatory non-coding RNAs, transcriptional
- Co-transcriptional, post-transcriptional, and translational regulation
- Regulatory networks
- Genetic, molecular, and phenotypic variation and human disease.
- Cellular signatures of biological responses and disease states
- Mathematical modeling and simulation of biological systems
- Methods for systematic validation of high-throughput biological predictions
- Single-cell biology, proteomics, signaling
- Metabolomics
- Ensemble approaches
- Translational systems biology
Full-length papers
We invite full-length papers focusing either on research or theory. Selected papers for presentation in the conference will benefit from fast-track co-submission to Genome Research, the Journal of Computational Biology and Molecular Systems Biology (EMBO Press). Learn more about submitting a paper here.

DREAM Challenges
Best performers in the two of the DREAM8.5 and the DREAM9 Challenges will be invited to present at the conference. These challenges invite the scientific community to address problems related to translational research and the reverse engineering of biological networks. For more information about the DREAM Challenges visit the DREAM Project.
