CALL FOR ABSTRACTS AND PARTICIPATION IN THE DREAM CHALLENGES
The Eighth Annual RECOMB/ISCB Conference on Regulatory and Systems Genomics, with DREAM Challenges is now accepting submissions of abstracts and responses to the DREAM Challenges. The conference will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, Sunday, November 15 to Wednesday, November 18, 2015.
Note: The RECOMB / ISCB RSG DREAM conference is no longer including Full Papers in its submission process. All presentations will be selected from the Abstract Submission with opportunity to publish in the ISCB Community Journal as long-abstracts or full papers.

SUBMISSIONS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA
This conference is designed to present the latest findings about regulatory and systems genomics, foster discussion about current research directions, and establish new collaborations that will advance the development of a systems-level understanding of gene regulation. Some possible topics include:

- Non-coding chromatin state establishment, maintenance, and role in development
- Regulatory non-coding RNAs, transcriptional

Abstracts
We invite one-page abstracts, including both original unpublished work and work that has been published or accepted for publication by a high-impact journal between January 1 and November 1, 2015. Unpublished work will be considered for either an oral or poster presentation. Work already accepted for publication will be considered for an oral presentation only. DREAM Challenges
Best performers in the DREAM9.5 and DREAM10 Challenges will have an opportunity to present their methods at the conference. These challenges focus the scientific community’s attention on key problems related to translational research and the reverse engineering of biological networks. 2014 Top Ten Papers in Regulatory and Systems Genomics
Nominations for the most influential papers in regulatory genomics and systems biology published in 2014 (January 1 through December 31, 2015) will be accepted in the fall of 2015. Details will be available soon. First and last authors of the highest ranking papers will be honored at the upcoming conference and highlighted online.
